Leading Discoveries. Targeting Cures. Saving Lives.

As the first and largest cancer research organization in the world, the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and our more than 42,000 members in 120 countries have been at the forefront of every major advance in cancer treatment and prevention for over 110 years.

Research propels advances, and together we have made spectacular progress against the many diseases called cancer, saving millions of lives in the United States and around the world. But with 1.7 million Americans expected to receive a cancer diagnosis and more than 600,000 projected to die of these diseases this year, our work is not done.

Your support of the AACR and our members helps advance lifesaving cancer research. Eighty-eight cents of every dollar you give to the AACR goes to cancer research.
